Balanced is a DAO on the ICON Network that uses ICX as collateral to create synthetic assets. The first asset is Balanced Dollars (bnUSD), which is tied to the value of 1 USD.
Balanced is the best place to take out a loan, swap ICON-based assets, and supply them as liquidity. Borrow or supply assets to earn Balance Tokens (BALN), which give you voting rights and a share of the network fees.

One of the most intuitive and userfriendly DeFi dApp, by far. If you're a begginner and want to learn about DeFi, it's a no brainer.
Also suited for experienced users thanks to the stats and the DAO voting that gathers high activity.
